We can not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of number plates in any form. The Refunds and Returns policy sets out the terms of sale and refunds will only be provided in case where the damage is the fault of PerfectPlatez and not of another party.

Any loss or damage incurred during or after the fitting process is not the responsibility of PerfectPlatez. Plates must be fitted correctly according to the fitting guide and we will not accept responsibility for plates fitted by the customer or by PerfectPlatez.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Republic of Ireland for the resolution of any disputes.
